- Course objectives
- The goal of the course is to acquaint students with fundamental concepts and notions in the field of organisational behaviour and personnel management and to show their application to organizational a managerial practice.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course, students should be able to:
- understand the impact and importance of human resources for the organization
- be familiar with the main functions and stages of the process of human resource management
- understand specific procedures and techniques of human resources management
- acquire basic knowledge for practical application
- acquire an overview of current literary sources dealing with the discussed issues
- analyze, design and manage organizational change

Any copying, recording or leaking tests, use of unauthorized tools, aids and communication devices, or other disruptions of objectivity of exams (credit tests) will be considered non-compliance with the conditions for course completion as well as a severe violation of the study rules. Consequently, the teacher will finish the exam (credit test) by awarding grade "F" in the Information System, and the Dean will initiate disciplinary proceedings that may result in study termination. - Language of instruction
