Course objectives
Obtaining of basic knowledge of traditional and contemporary gymnastic – dance movement activities in the commercial sector. Analysis of individual activities with an individual approach to each client. Specifics offers various forms of music and motion into account the needs of physical activities as part of a healthy lifestyle. Practical examples used in commercial establishments and analysis of the correct approach from a pedagogical and content point of view.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to determine the basic principles of traditional and current gymnastic and dance disciplines and sports. He is able to analyze the offerings of individual musical movement forms and take into account the needs of these activities in a healthy lifestyle.
  • - Terminology (whole body positions - positions, Kneeling exercises, sit, ups, support, whole body movements - walking, running, jumping, turns, positions and movements of body parts - arms, legs, torso, head) - Division kinds of gymnastic and sports - Theory - gymnastics with using tools - Rhythmic Gymnastics - The cultivation of locomotive speech with musical accompaniment   - Aerobic forms - Body and Mind styles(pilates, power yoga, stretching, ...) - Gymnastics - the basics - Rhythmic Gymnastics - the basics - Jumping on a trampoline - Teamgym and Cheerlieding - Ropeskipping
