To obtain final mark , students must submit the following materials: drawn -year regeneration plan for selected sports industry , drawn daily routine at the camps .

Course objectives
Students will be able to analyze the physical skills , development of motor skills , energy and physiological stress factors . Develop and implement restorative programs for athletes with   regard to the specifics of individual sports disciplines .
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to diagnose and analyze the athlete's motion system The student will be able to draw up a regeneration plan
Syllabus
  • Assembling regenerative annual plan for selected sports disciplines (in relation to   age peculiarities ) . • Monitoring burden   various sports through sport testers , lactate , creatine kinase . • Usability compensating training units . • Monitoring the match races in the   various sporting disciplines and recommended subsequent regeneration . • Species recovery funds : Compensation exercise, nutrition , psychological training , teaching resources. Planning a daily regime to camps in   individual training periods with regard to     biorhythms .
