Course objectives
The main aim is to obtain the professional competencies in the domain of "kinanthropology" (consulting, advising, fitness and healthy life style coaches), including diagnostics, evaluation, project planning and realization with feedback.To be familier with basic knowledge about the phenomenon "the other" including of life-style of typical minorities within wide spectrum of population (with disability, social advantaged, gifted, multicultursal). Life-style principles and habits are underlined in relation with nutrition, leisure time physical activities as well as competitive sports (dyadic mutual influence for personality development).
Learning outcomes
Graduate of the course should be able to: - recognize the variants of the minorities an to accept the individual specification in the framework of the type, - communicate and provide escort, - realize adequate activities of leisure time, - understand the principles of movement activities and sports in inclusive, paralel, specific program, - understand a process of inclusion as the mean of socialization in the life-span context

  • • Basic terminology of the domain - normality - phenomenon "the other"
  • • Legislattion: rights - responsibilities (development, current situation: CZ - foreign countries - reality in practice)
  • • Contact theory, attitudes, principle of programs composing
  • • Exclusion - inclusion: disability - giftedness
  • • „The other individual“ within family, school and leisure time environment (including physical activities and sports)
  • • Interaction: individual - group - institution (background)
  • • Survey of possibilities in PA and sports including Olympic Games Network
  • • Mutual communication (in environment of PA and sport, training in communication)
  • • Benefits and patology linked with PA and sports environment

Assessment methods
Active participation (80 %), processing: group project oriented on attitudes, ppt. presentation, phenomenon "the other" - reflexion of the own experience, communication (individual essay). Exam: self-reported bibliography. Verbal exam (according the determined topics): assessment on the scale A-F.
