Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: the basic knowledge about the motion system, physiological and pathophysiological functions of the central and peripheral nervous system, muscle system and sensory organs. After completing this module, the student will be able to perform a basic clinical neurological examination.

  • Types of plegia and pareses
  • Anatomy and functions of the sensitive tracks
  • Pathophysiology and testing of the sensation
  • Anatomy and functions of the clinical pathophysiology of cerebellum
  • Anatomy, physiology and clinical pathophysiology of the extrapyramidal structures
  • Plexus syndromes
  • Investigations of the central and peripheral nervous system
  • Prenatal motion development. Ontogenesis - motion development.
    Seminars: Anamnesis - investigations of the central an peripheral nervous system
  • Reflexology - Principle and significance of the reflexological investigation
  • Cranial nerves - Investigation
  • Pyramidal pattern of weakness
