Course objectives
Stylistics (feature, story, report) This interactive course covers the various forms of news genres in the print media. Via a set of tests and stylistic exercises students discover their ability to apply their (earlier acquired) knowledge in practice. They will learn how to carry out thorough text improvement – using a collection of authentic journalistic texts. They will also undertake more detailed stylistical partial exercises. Team work forms an important part of the teaching method.

Assessment methods
The conditions for successful completion of the course are a student’s active participation (long-term absence is not allowed), successful completion of the intermediate and summary tests, passing of the final test + successful completion of the seminar assignments.
