Course objectives
The course aim is develop the students ability to use the basic and optional statistics for the analysis of sociable phenomens.
Syllabus
  • Basis of statistics.
  • Descriptive statistics: Terms of descriptive statistics, Characteristic of position, Characteristic of variability.
  • Incidental choice.
  • Indexs: Laspeyr's index, Paasche's index, Fisher's index.
  • The coefficients of correlation.
  • Options of graphical representation of results.

Teaching methods
Lectures and practical seminars focused on application of knowledge from the lectures.Preparing for the processing of project applications of methods of descriptive statistics for quantitative research regarding positive legal fields, respectively as well as economy.

Teaching forms: Individual consultations and within them - lectures and class exercises
Fulfilling requirements:
Compulsory participation on individual consultations, individual project working out, presentation of individual project results.
