Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain the global system of copyright and patent rights; deliberately reach of reasoned decisions on intellectual property rights; interpret the legal concepts of intellectual property in international, national and EU contexts, as well as in a historical context. The course is only offered to the students of the study fields with the specialization on Intellectual Property Protection.

Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain the global system of copyright and patent rights; deliberately reach of reasoned decisions on intellectual property rights; interpret the legal concepts of intellectual property in international, national and EU contexts, as well as in a historical context.
