Course objectives
Students will acquire detailed knowledge on employment relationship, in particular its content elements, He will be able to determine changes in employment relationship, characterise them and enumerate remunerations connected with such changes.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to apply legal regulation concerning transference rights and duties arising from labour relations, rules relating to working hours and rest periods and remuneration of dependant work.
Syllabus
  • - Relations arising before establishment of labour relations, - Limits of freedom of contract in the course of arrangements on working conditions, -Content of an employment relationship, - Employer’s obligation to inform employees, - Principle of health and safety at work, - Changing in an employment relationship, - Transference of rights and duties arising from labour relations, - Reimbursement of travel expanses, - Termination of an employment relationship, - Liability for damage and compensation for damages – basic principles
