Syllabus
  • 1. The way of settling disputes in the relations with an international element. Arbitrary proceeding in the relations with an international element. 3. The course of arbitrary proceeding. 4. Recognition and exercise of foreign arbitrary findings. 5. International unification and harnonization of law, international codification of law. 6. European zivil process area. 7. Conventions of Hague Conference of International Private Law.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Postupová zkouška: Zkouška je společná pro předmět Mezinárodní právo soukromé I. a je kombinovaná. První část zkoušky je písemná a společná pro všechny větvě předmětu Mezinárodní právo soukromé I a tu část větve Mezinárodního práva soukromého II., která se zabývá rozhodčím řízením. Druhá část zkoušky je ústní; jejím předmětem bude specifická část větve Mezinárodního práva soukromého II., Mezinárodní právo procesní v dokumentech Haagské konference mezinárodního práva soukromého.
