Course objectives
The subject reflects one of charakteristical features of the current global world: presence of general and particular one within the sole space and time. Education of international law as the relative independent and dynamic legal system must be based on an unique legal tought. Students have to learn "arithmetica" of international relations ships which are governed the fundamental principle of equal sovereignty of states as well as reciprocity determining formation, implementation and enforcement of internationale rules. International law is also a product of common sense as well as political compromise. Main objective of the course is to make students understand the international dimension of Law, especially through the general part of International Law: Subjects and sources on the background of fundamental principles of the International community of States.
