Course objectives
Social Security of the Self-Employed Persons is the extention and the supplement of the Social Security Law. It deals with the social security of the self-employed persons, particularly with the special regulations of their position in comparisom with the general regulation of the social security of the employed persons. At the end of this course student should be able to find their bearings in the problems of the social security of the self-employed persons in detail; to fulfill the ogligations of self-employed persons in praktice and to calculate the rate of premium for the public health insurance and social insurance.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the functioning of the social security system in the case of self-employed persons (taking into account their specific position in social security especially the specificities that distinguish their position from the general regulation of social security law), both in terms of premiums in individual systems, the provision of individual benefits, as well as the financing of these systems.
