- Course objectives
- The aim of this subject is to give basic information how to invest on capital market in the Czech Republic to the student of Faculty of Law. It should offer information about rights and duties of the securities emitters and other members of the market. Control and monitoring on capital market will be mentioned, too. At the end of the course student should be able to understand and explain basic terms from the area of capital market law, describe functioning of the capital market in the Czech Republic and apply the knowledge in practice. Student should be able to analyze prospectus of the securities, set conditions to run business in the area of investments, analyze status of the collective fund and decisions of Appellate Committee.
- Learning outcomes
- After the course, the student will be able to;
- to define the basic theoretical characteristics of the capital market and its functioning;
- Identify the inclusion of the capital market in the system of law;
- Know the practical problems associated with the capital market;
- Clearly define the role of capital market supervision;
- to elaborate the basic features and problems of the subject of the seminar work based on presented colloquial work in area of capital market; - Syllabus

- Course objectives
- The aim of this subject is to give basic information how to invest on capital market in the Czech Republic to the student of Faculty of Law. It should offer information about rights and duties of the securities emitters and other members of the market. Control and monitoring on capital market will be mentioned, too. At the end of the course student should be able to understand and explain basic terms from the area of capital market law, describe functioning of the capital market in the Czech Republic and apply the knowledge in practice. Student should be able to analyze prospectus of the securities, set conditions to run business in the area of investments, analyze status of the collective fund and decisions of Appellate Committee.

- Course objectives
- The aim of this subject is to give basic information how to invest on capital market in the Czech Republic to the student of Faculty of Law. It should offer information about rights and duties of the securities emitters and other members of the market. Control and monitoring on capital market will be mentioned, too. At the end of the course student should be able to understand and explain basic terms from the area of capital market law, describe functioning of the capital market in the Czech Republic and apply the knowledge in practice. Student should be able to analyze prospectus of the securities, set conditions to run business in the area of investments, analyze status of the collective fund and decisions of Appellate Committee.
- Learning outcomes
- After the course, the student will be able to;
- to define the basic theoretical characteristics of the capital market and its functioning;
- Identify the inclusion of the capital market in the system of law;
- Know the practical problems associated with the capital market;
- Clearly define the role of capital market supervision;

- The aim of this subject is to give basic information how to invest on capital market in the Czech Republic to the student of Faculty of Law. It should offer information about rights and duties of the securities emitters and other members of the market. Control and monitoring on capital market will be mentioned, too. At the end of the course student should be able to understand and explain basic terms from the area of capital market law, describe functioning of the capital market in the Czech Republic and apply the knowledge in practice. Student should be able to analyze prospectus of the securities, set conditions to run business in the area of investments, analyze status of the collective fund and decisions of Appellate Committee.

- Course objectives
- The aim of this subject is to give basic information how to invest on capital market in the Czech Republic to the student of Faculty of Law. It should offer information about rights and duties of the securities emitters and other members of the market. Control and monitoring on capital market will be mentioned, too. At the end of the course student should be able to understand and explain basic terms from the area of capital market law, describe functioning of the capital market in the Czech Republic and apply the knowledge in practice. Student should be able to analyze prospectus of the securities, set conditions to run business in the area of investments, analyze status of the collective fund and decisions of Appellate Committee.
