Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: aply knowledge of criminal law legal regulation in the practice; to use some legal skills.

  • Introduction Evidence proceedings State prosecutor in preliminary proceedings and in the trial Right of defence in criminal proceedings Trial from the point of view of judge Summary and evalution

Case studies; class discussions; writting judicial decisions.

Case studie processing;presentation. Colloquium.
