Prerequisites
MP410Zk Civil Law III && MP511Zk Intellectual Property && MP510Z Civil Procedural Law II - sem.
The course is recommended primarily for students of master's degree in law. Basic knowledge of the subjects taught in the first five semesters is expected. Knowledge of English language is recommended.

Course objectives
The aim of this course is to explain selected issues of private law regulation of information and communication technologies.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the student shall be able to:
- understand basic aspects of private legal regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems related to private legal jurisdiction on the internet
- analyze and solve particular problems related to privacy protection online
- analyze and solve particular problems related to the ISP liability
- analyze and solve particular problems related to intellectual property on-line
- analyze and solve particular problems related to software protection
- analyze and solve particular problems related to domain names and domain disputes
