Course objectives
The aim of the subject is in connection with the study of theoretical branches of the administrative law (Administrative law I, Administrative proceedings law) to increase the practical knowledges of the administrative control as a part of one of the basic law institutes, also the control of the public administration which is one of the legality guarantees. The student should be able to define the administrative control, know about the types and functions, to differentiate about the administrative control - the internal and also the external administrative control. The student should be also able to define the priciples of control proceedings, to compose a control report and to use the appeal methods.
Syllabus
  • 1) Introduction in probematics of the control of public administrative, classification of the control of public administrative. 2) Functional and organisational point of the view of the control of public administrative execution. 3) Internal control of the public administrative - official supervision. 4) Internal control of the public administrative - instance supervision. 5) External control of the public administrative - administrative supervision. 6) Control of the public regional and municipality public administrative execution. 7) Control of the professional authonomy. 8) Control proceedings. 9) Control report. 10) Remedy against the control report. 11) Composing and elaborating of a fictive control report. 12) Composing and elaborating of a remedy against the fictive control report.

Teaching methods
Orientation in practice skills : Explanation, reading and discussion during the lessons, also using of powerpoint presentations. Tasks for self studying, interactive analysis of the law regulations and precedents by using the eLearnig platform.
Assessment methods
The subject is finalized by a colloquy. The requirements for pasiing the colloquy will be active participation during the lessons as well as elaborating of performances to the particular themas. In the case of not acomplishing the demands by the student, a substitutive compliance will be required.
