- Course objectives
- This subject is focused on economic/financial law in Europe and the interaction between the EU and EFTA countries and also in relation to third countries such as Switzerland or the USA. The course is primarily aimed at one of the four main freedoms of the EU - Financial Services. Among other things, it deals with the regulation and supervision of the Financial market, especially in Europe.
