Course objectives
This subject intends to provide students with the survey of public international law, including details on general and particular parts. Elements covered by specialized subjects are excluded.
Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of international law, namely subjects, sources, international responsibility and territorial regimes. - student will be able to identify the controversial points regarding the above issues. - Student will be able to critically think on the above issues . . Student will understand wider legal background for subjects, sources, international responsibility and territorial regimes

  • 1. Specificities of International Law as a particular legal system. 2. Subjects and sources. 3. Legal regimes of particular territories (state territory, sea, space etc.). 4. Rsponsibility and enforcement in international law.
