- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce students to the most important theories of contemporary analytical jurisprudence. The course will focus on the precise logical analysis of legal arguments.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: a) be familiar with the theories of contemporary analytical jurisprudence b) use logical tools of conceptual analysis c) analyse the presuppositions of legal arguments d) detect and remove ambiguities in legal arguments e) formulate their own arguments more precisely
