The precondition of starting the course Internal Medicine, bloc 1, is completing theoretical subjects of pathological physiology, pharmacology and internal propedeutics

Course objectives
The lessons are focused on gaining both theoretical and practical experience covering the entire area of pulmonology. The practice is done at the bedside and by demonstrating different methods of examination. The theory is discussed in seminars organized in the Departments classroom. Day 1: Lung cancer. Day 2: COPD, asthma. Day 3: Tuberculosis. Day 4: Pneumonia. Day 5: Interstitial lung diseases.
Syllabus
  • The lessons are focused on gaining both theoretical and practical experience covering the whole field of pneumology. The pactice takes a course at the patient's bedside and by demonstrating particular examination methods, the theory is discussed in seminaires organized in the Departmen's seminair room. day 1: bronchogenic carcinoma day 2: COPD, bronchial asthma day 3: tuberculosis day 4: pneumonia day 5: interstitial lung diseases
