Basic knowledge of Latin alphabet, ability to read and write Latin alphabet (Roman letters script).

Course objectives
The course focuses on the acquisition of language skills at A1 level. The seminar will be practical, introducing students to the basic vocabulary of selected topics and grammatical phenomena at A1 level. The seminar will also support the integration of students into society.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to communicate in Czech at the A1 level. He/she will be able to read and write basic texts in Czech, understand common topics of conversation, and be able to formulate and apply the elementary rules of Czech grammar.
