Course objectives
Students will learn to integrate multiple content areas with meaningful integrated arts curriculum.
Students will learn to articulate the five-point philosophy of Arts Integration. Students will discover the best teaching practices in Arts Integration. Students will identify lesson ideas that will meaningfully integrate Art, Music, and Drama into everyday lessons.
Learning outcomes
Students will extend their knowledge regarding planning lessons with integrated arts. Students will practice writing and participating in arts integration lessons in groups, and students will self-evaluate their progress.

Assessment methods
Attendance is mandatory; students may miss one class but no more.
80% active participation in lessons, preparation for lessons, and homework when required
20% self-evaluation which requires that each student reflect upon what he/she has learned in this class due to lectures, activities, and insights into learning about Arts Integration
