Course objectives
Research and study of literature and primary sources with regard to the focus of the dissertation project.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- be conversant with relevant information sources (archives, libraries, EIZ, etc.);
- present key literature and sources that will be used in the dissertation work;
- apply referencing and citation rules according to ISO 690.

Teaching methods
Research, reading, consultations with the supervisor, participation in lectures, independent work on a research project, presentation of work results in front of classmates, discussion.
Assessment methods
- Attendance will constitute 50% of the overall assessment
- Presentation and defence of the results of semesterly work (collected literature and sources)
- Submission of a structured list of literature and sources to the supervisor (ČSN ISO 690 standard) with brief commentary
