Course objectives
Seine Meinung vorbringen, verteidigen, verändern. Debattierklub trägt dazu bei, dass Studenten ihre Ansichten und Standpunkte in der Fremdsprache Deutsch kenntnisreich und überzeugend vertreten können. Am Anfang steht eine Entscheidungsfrage, auf die man nur mit "Ja" oder "Nein" antworten kann. Wer mit "Ja" antwortet, spricht sich für das Gefragte aus ("pro"). Wer "Nein" sagt, wendet sich dagegen ("contra"). Die Debattanten besprechen Themen aus verschiedenen Themenbereichen (Politik, Gesellschaftsprobleme, moralische Probleme ua.) und sollen begründen, warum sie "pro" oder "contra" Argumente vetreten. Sie sollen solche Argumente vorbringen, die die Gegenseite am meisten überzeugen. In der realen Welt kann man natürlich nicht immer ein "pro" X "contra" Stellung einnehmen. Für die Entwicklung von Debattierfähigkeiten sind aber zugespitzte Meinungen für die Diskussion förderlich.

  • Learning of methodology of rhetoric and polemic, rules of discussion
