- Course objectives
- Clinical psychology gives the students opportunity to build up thesaurus of knowledges about a human being in health and illness, about a human being with dysbalance and dysfunction. All these facts in the context of prevention, prophylaxis and therapy. The basic clinical psychological paradigma are: dysfunction - abnormity - pathology health - deficit - illness prophylaxis - prevention - intervention sanogenesis - integration - self-realization

- . Philosophical, theoretical and practical basics of clinical psychology. Basic paradigm: a/energy-information-adaptability b/maturation-learning-growth /psychological point of view/ c/symbiosis-identity-role /splitting/ separation/ individualization/ basal self/ I-you-we-they/ personality-society-transcendence 2.Definition and subject of clinical psychology. History of clinical psychology. 3. Human being in health and illness, in process of medical care and prevention 4.self defenses and complex defensive character structures. 5.Adherence, congruence, compliance, reactance, placebo-effect, nocebo-effect, suggestion, sharing, transfer and counter-transfer, interaction and therapeutic relationship, empathy, acceptance, adoption, support, respect and understanding. Reflection and self-reflection. Maturation. Meaning of mirroring in therapy. Meaning of haptic, movement, music, imagination and word in therapeutic relationship. 6. Introspection. 7. Methodological problems in clinical psychology. 8.Biological therapy 9. Basics of pharmacotherapy 10.Topical drug dependencies 11. Individual, family and group psychotherapy. 12. Relaxation, imagination and meditation in therapy.
