Course objectives
Development of speaking and writing skills Training for the state exam (especially essay and speaking during class, but listening and reading too on elf) Autonomous learning on elf : listening and reading In class : writing (essays) and speaking logical connectives
Learning outcomes
Students should reach C1 in the 4 skills.
Syllabus
  • Development of 4 competences : - writting an essay (different types of essays) - speaking : Presentation based on several written documents, followed by a discussion with the examiners. - listening (elf) - reading (elf)

Presentation of essay, writing essay plans and essays Speaking Review of logical connectives (exercises)
Assessment methods
Assessment : students will have to hand in essays on the due date. Active participation in the course (only 2 missings are accepted)
