Prerequisites
Willingness to work with others and develop yourself and your surroundings, reliability, responsibility, communication skills, creativity. The course is intended only for students of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, who, in their free time, actively participate in the activities of student associations registered at the faculty or MU listed on the website (https://www.muni.cz/studenti/studentske-spolky).

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Abstract
The aim of the course is to enable students to reflect on their participation in social activities and to identify their benefits for their personal development. The aim of the course is to promote active involvement of MU students in social life and to encourage the development of skills and abilities that will be useful for their future careers.
Learning outcomes
- The graduate of the course has experience in association activities. - He/she has developed his/her social and communication skills in teamwork. - The student has actively participated in the preparation of a public output.

Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
Social activities carried out on a regular basis according to the criteria listed below: - The society meets at least twice a month. - The society prepares at least once a year an activity for the public. - The minimum time commitment is 20 hours per semester in the aggregate of all related guild activities. - The society in which the student is active must prepare at least one update for the faculty website per semester in cooperation with the FF MU OVV. - The society in which the student is active must successfully apply at least once every 2 years for a faculty scholarship in the scholarship programme for the support of social, cultural and artistic activities.
Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
- Individual assessment of the fulfilment of the established criteria of federal activity on the basis of a completed form. - Course may be re-enrolled, but a maximum of 4 credits may be earned in total (for all enrollments).
