Course objectives
Anthropic and environmental aspects of entomology. Paleoentomology, exobiology. Biomonitoring. Pollinators. Forensic and military entomology. Raw materials. Bionics. Cultural entomology. Medical, veterinary, agricultural and forest entomology. Entomology of stored products and food factories. Non-chemical pest control, biological control, transgenous plants, radiation, radioactivity, microorganisms. Biodiversity changes, protection of insects.
