Course objectives
The goal of the course is the training of scientific cooperation on selected task. At the end of the course the students team prepares the report on this task.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able:
- studying biological principles behind the data analysis problem
- practical data analysis of unknown datset (description of limitations, statistical description, statistical hypothesis testing)
- teamwork in data analysis
- presentation of data analysis results
Syllabus
  • The students tasks on data analysis will be selected from the following fields: cardiology, oncology, epidemiology, clinical trials, biodiversity.
