Course objectives
The aim of the course is teach students how to characterized differentiate microscopic fungi on the basis of their morphology, life cycles, physiology and ecology.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to differentiate microscopic fungi on the basis of their morphology, life cycles, physiology and ecology. Owing to learned knowledge the course holder is able to use obtained information in taxonomy of microscopic fungi and independently interpret acquired data for identification of unknown samples of microscopic fungi.

Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to differentiate microscopic fungi on the basis of their morphology, life cycles, physiology and ecology. Owing to learned knowledge the course holder is able to use obtained information in taxonomy of microscopic fungi and independently interpret acquired data for identification of unknown samples of microscopic fungi.

At the end of the course students should be able to understand characteristics of microscopic fungi (moulds); basic terminology, life cycle; morphology; ecology and occurence in nature; students are made familiar with the status, function, and forms of the occurrence of fungi in ecosystems.
