Course objectives
Diagnostic methods in clinical bacteriology - survey of methods, use in individual groups of microbes. Basics of clinical bateriology. Indirect diagnostics of miroorganisms, serological laboratory methods. Basics of decontamination methods. Assay of in vitro susceptibility od microbes. Virological, mycological and parasitological methods (basics).
