Course objectives (in Czech)

Základní přehled biofyzikálních metod používaných v biologii. Definice a charakteristiky absorbce, fluorescence a fosforescence. Přístrojové vybavení pro měření -spektrofotometr, spektrofluorometr. Časově ustálená fluorescence (Steady state). Časově rozlišená fluorescence (Time-resolved). Anizotropiefluorescence a její změna při interakci makromolekul. Absorbční spektroskopie v biologické analýze molekul. Zhášení fluorescence, fluorescenční rezonanční přenos energie -použití při sledování strukturních změn molekul. Vlastní fluorescence biologicky významných molekul. Nevlastní fluorescence -fluorescenční značky, sondy a indikátory. Fluorescenční značení DNA a proteinů. Fluorescenční mikroskopie. Analytické použití fluorescence pro stanovení koncentrace. Příklady využití fluorescence v biologické praxi.
