Obsahem cvičení jsou následující úlohy: atomová absorpční spektrometrie, kapalinová chromatografie, přenos kyslíku v biochemii a v biotechnologii, izotachoforetické stanovení dikarboxylových kyselin, elektroforéza na polyakrylamidových gelech, plynová chromatografie, EPR spektroskopie, polarografické a voltametrické metody, atomová emisní spektrometrie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem a emisní spektrografie s obloukovým výbojem, rentgenová difrakce, infračervená spektroskopie v MIR a NIR oblastech, hmotnostní spektrometrie, fluorescenční spektra, NMR spektroskopie, organická syntéza.

Obsahem cvičení jsou následující úlohy: atomová absorpční spektrometrie, kapalinová chromatografie, přenos kyslíku v biochemii a v biotechnologii, izotachoforetické stanovení dikarboxylových kyselin, elektroforéza na polyakrylamidových gelech, plynová chromatografie, EPR spektroskopie, polarografické a voltametrické metody, atomová emisní spektrometrie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem a emisní spektrografie s obloukovým výbojem, rentgenová difrakce, infračervená spektroskopie v MIR a NIR oblastech, hmotnostní spektrometrie, fluorescenční spektra, NMR spektroskopie, organická syntéza.

In the laboratory exercise students will be acquainted with practical features and basic applications of the methods listed in syllabus.

    Electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry.
  • Liquid chromatography.
  • Isotachoelectrophoresis.
  • Electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gel.
  • Gas chromatography.
  • EPR spectroscopy.
  • Electrochemical methods.
  • Atomic emission spectrometry.
  • X-ray structural analysis.
  • Near- and mid-infrared spectroscopy.
  • Mass spectroscopy.
  • NMR spectroscopy.
  • Thermal analysis.
  • Fluorescence spectroscopy – effect of environment.

Twelve exercises have to be completed according to the schedule.
