Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain identification of organic compounds on the base of comprehensive UV-VIS, FTIR, H-, C-NMR and MS data.

At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain identification of organic compounds on the base of comprehensive UV-VIS, FTIR, H-, C-NMR and MS data.
Syllabus
  • Structure and its reflection in the UV-VIS, IR, NMR a MS spektra. Analysis of the unknown organic compound from its UV-VIS, IR, NMR a MS spectra. Prediction of NMR spectral data using chemical software. Final identification of unknown molecule.

The valid structure determination of the fourteen unknown molecules from twenty ones is the needfulness for the fulfilling requirements.
