Course objectives
B1 level (CEFR) - German for specific purposes Main objective can be summarized as follows:
. students should be able to use the skills practised in the first two semesters
. use the language for producing the bachelor´s thesis
Syllabus
  • 1. Written part: Academic part (academic grammar, matching, word forming, definitions) Specialized text - dictionary can be used (understanding the text: main idea, true or false statements, synonyms) Writing a letter (applying for scholarship, asking about the conditions for studying etc.) 2. Oral part: Information about the field of study
Literature
  • Přehled literatury - viz informace učitele
  • The survey of recommended literature - see the teacher' s information
Teaching methods
B1 exam consists of written (grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension) and oral part (academic and everyday topics - dialogue)
Assessment methods
The exam consists of written and oral part. The condition for a successful finishing of the test is getting at least 45 points out of 70.

Cílem zkoušky je prokázat základní dovednosti nezbytné ke studiu odborné literatury potřebné k vypracování bakalářské práce.

  • Ke zvládnutí dovedností, které jsou obsahem prvních 2 semestrů výuky odborné němčiny doporučujeme tuto výuku absolvovat. Obecné cíle výuky: 1) rozvinout dovednost mluvení tak, aby studenti byli schopni komunikovat v běžných životních situacích 2) rozvinout dovednost čtení tak, aby se studenti dovedli pracovat s autentickým odborným textem 3) rozvinout poslechové dovednosti, tak, aby studenti rozuměli slyšenému z oblasti každodenního života 4) rozvinout dovednost psaní, aby studenti dokázali sestavit dopis, žádost, životopis 5) prohloubit znalost gramatiky se zaměřením na jevy odborného stylu Požadavky ke zkoušce: A. Písemná část a) gramatický test b) písemný překlad z N do Č v rozsahu 5 stran A4 (odevzdat minimálně týden před termínem zkoušky) B. Ústní část a) referát o překladu b) pohovor na obecná témata a témata, týkající se vysokoškolského studia
