Course objectives
The course is devoted to students specializing on paleontology or intending to graduate in paleontology. It follows the goal to present the special methods of paleontological field research methods.

  • Field paleontological practice in the surroundings of Brno. Special field methods of paleontological, paleoecological and taphonomic doscumentation.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Terénní práce na vybrané paleontologické lokalitě - dokumentace, odběry vzorků, speciální metody terénní práce (tafonomické, paleoekologické). Pro úspěšné ukončení je kromě účasti na terénním cvičení nutno předložit terénní deník.
