Course objectives
In the laboratory exercise students will be acquainted with practical features and basic applications of the methods listed in syllabus.
Syllabus
  • Methods included:

    Electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry.
  • Liquid chromatography.
  • Isotachoelectrophoresis.
  • Electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gel.
  • Gas chromatography.
  • EPR spectroscopy.
  • Electrochemical methods.
  • Atomic emission spectrometry.
  • X-ray structural analysis.
  • Near- and mid-infrared spectroscopy.
  • Mass spectroscopy.
  • NMR spectroscopy.
  • Thermal analysis.
  • Fluorescence spectroscopy – effect of environment.

Individually supervised laboratory course.
Assessment methods
Twelve exercises have to be completed according to the schedule.

General note: Učitelé předmětu se obrací na studenty, kteří uvažují o zápisu C7300, se zdvořilou žádostí, aby se rozhodli a zapsali nejpozději do začátku výuky v PS; pozdější zápisy mohou značně komplikovat organizaci předmětu.
Information on course enrolment limitations: předmět není možné zapsat v bakalářském programu; v pětiletém magisterském programu je možné předmět zapsat nejdříve ve 4. ročníku
