**Course objectives**- Basics of 3-D geometry. Analytic geometry. At the end of the course students should be able to: put these themes into the context of secondary-school mathematics; solve more difficult tasks of these themes including problems of the lower levels of Olympiad of Mathematics.
**Syllabus**- Basic concepts: layer- and metric- properties of 3-D objects
- analytic geometry in plane, analytic geometry in space.

**Literature****Teaching methods**- Problem solving, class discussion.
**Assessment methods**- Obligatory attendance, writing exam. Credit.
