Teaching methods
The teaching methods of the theoretical part of the specialized education are primarily focused on providing current knowledge in the field of clinical laboratory management and operation with the practical application of clinical, analytical and instrumental technologies and procedures. The output of learning is the ability of a health lab-specialist to use the acquired knowledge for practical activities in laboratory operations. An important output is also the acquisition of a positive and active approach to operational, organizational and technological changes that are typical for Toxicology. The basic form of teaching is a lecture accompanied by ppt-presentations and commented video sequences. http://portal.med.muni.cz/ K & nbsp; Topics discussed also include a description of solutions at maternity settings. Participants have access to the e-learning course "Liquorology", which is part of the Bachelor's degree program of the Medical Laboratory at the Faculty of Medicine at the faculty of the same name. Similar format for the morphological examination of urine is available.
Assessment methods
The accredited facility will allocate to each participant of the specialized training a trainer who is an employee of the accredited facility. Supervisor for classroom curriculum prepares a plan to deliver practical interventions that have participant-training during the preparation of complete and continually tests the knowledge (knowledge and skills) participant specialized education. Professional experience in workplaces conducted under the leadership assigned a supervisor who is an employee of the department, has specialized competence in the field with a certificate for performing the medical profession without supervision. a) In-service teacher evaluation  the supervisor for theoretical instruction enters in the study card the termination of each module and the obtained number of credits, The supervisor of professional practice confirms the accomplished achievements set by the educational program. b) Prerequisite for the attestation:  received theoretical and practical training fulfillment of professional experience required in-accredited facility and meet the performance of the educational program,  To obtain the appropriate number of credits. c) Certification test:  is carried out according to Decree 189/2009 Coll., As amended. Continuous assessment of theoretical knowledge is done through test described at the beginning of the next module specialized educational program.
