Cíle předmětu
An interactive course of social psychology uses the participation of foreign students in comparative studies of national identity, macrosocially shared cultural stereotypes and specific cultural dimensions.
Výstupy z učení
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to define social psychology as an area of psychology which deals with the study of social behaviour and the mental experience of individuals in the social context. Students will have a general knowledge of topics of social cognition, causal attribution, interpersonal communication, social processes in group and culture. Students will be able to prepare and conduct an interview on the topic of national identity and discuss the findings in the group. They will demonstrate a functional understanding of discussed processes because the topics are shown in their relation to the world in which the instructor and the students live.
