Course objectives
At the end of the course, student should be able to:
- understand basic issues in public legal regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems of penal jurisdiction on the internet
- analyze and solve particular problems of eGovernment
- analyze and solve particular problems of eJustice
- analyze and solve particular problems of public-legal protection of intellectual property
- analyze and solve particular problems of cybercrime
- analyze and solve particular problems of electronic financial transactions

Assessment methods
questionnaires in e-learning application, submitting and presenting team essay - the colloquium will be awarded upon successful completion of at least 3 out of total 10 questionnaires and upon submitting and presenting the project according to instructions on the first lecture.
