- Parts of the final state examination and its contentThe Final State Examination consists of two parts and a thesis defence:
Defence of Master thesis/ project
FSE 1) Theoretical knowledge of sound design and multimedia technologies
- technological requirements for sound creation in multimedia
- theory, historical and current developments in sound creation
(Music acoustics, Theory of Signal and System, Studio Technology and Sound Studios)
FSE 2) Practical skills of sound design and multimedia technologies
- production requirements for sound creation in multimedia
- sound creation in the field of multimedia technologies

The content and scope of the Final State Examination corresponds to the requirements and structure of profiling subjects, which lead to the achievement of the stated aims of the study and facilitate the planned learning outcomes. - Requirements of the studyAnother compulsory part of the study is the completion of a six-week practical work placement in an external organization and a final qualification thesis/project. The standard scope of the diploma thesis and formal requirements are in accordance with the requirements of the study regulations of the Faculty of Arts. The diploma thesis is to be prepared in cooperation with external organizations – see details of the programme.
