Introductory information / Instructions

The Minor plan consists of compulsory profile core courses only. In the course of the first year, the student has to pass methodological and practical courses related to phonetics (Vj1 and Vj2), linguistic terminology (Vu1) and practical socio-cultural aspects of Vietnamese Studies (Vu2). In the course of the second year, profile core courses related to lexicology (Vj3), grammar and syntax (Vj4) follow. During the time of the two year’s study, each student has to attend ongoing courses of Vietnamese conversation (Vk1 to Vk4). Due to the actual time schedule, every student has to pass lectures related to geography (Vs1), history (Vs2, Vs3), culture (Vs4), economy (Vs5) and literature (Vs6) of Vietnam.
