Abstract

Sedmá kapitola publikace Management v ošetřovatelství s názvem Tým je věnována jak všeobecné charakteristice týmu jako takového, tak i specifikům týmu ve zdravotnictví. V úvodu je tým charakterizován z pohledu různých autorů a také odlišení od skupiny. Popisuje proces přeměny skupiny v tým, který je doplněný o stádia, kterými zpravidla každý vznikající a vyvíjející se tým prochází. Část kapitoly je věnována vlastnostem týmu, teambuildingu, týmovým rolím, selhávajícímu týmu a konkrétním druhům týmů v organizacích. Samostatná podkapitola je věnována charakteristikám týmové práce. Postihuje tak pozitiva i negativa a efektivitu týmové práce. Stručně charakterizuje problematiku konfliktu a mobbingu a uvádí možné způsoby řešení. Poslední část charakterizuje tým ve zdravotnictví, týmové ošetřovatelství, ošetřovatelský tým a nabízí stručný náčrt zodpovědnosti členů zdravotnického týmu.

Abstract (in English)

The seventh chapter of the publication Management in nursing (Manažment v ošetřovatelství) is dedicated to the general characteristics of the team as it is, and also specifically to the medical team. In the introduction, the team is characterised from the aspects of different authors and also differentiated from the group. This part describes the transformation process from the group to the team also supplemented by the stages each originating and developing team is generally passing through. The subpart of the chapter is focused on the features of the team, teambuilding, team roles, team failure and the particular team types in the diverse organizations. The individual subchapter contains the characteristics of the teamwork. It studies its positive and negative features and its efficiency. It briefly describes the issue of conflicts and mobbing and provides the possible solution methods. The last part of the chapter tackles the medical team in particular. It characterises the health care team, team nursing, nursing team and provides the brief outline for the responsibilities of the medical team members.
