Autoři věnují pozornost pojmu a definicím organizačního učení, popisují proces organizačního učení dle vybraných teorií. Představují vybrané výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na řízení organizačního učení ve školách. Aplikují poznatky na práci školních psychologů, zdůrazňují jeho roli v procesech organizačního učení.

The authors pay attention to the notion and definitions of Organizational learning, its processes according to selected authors. They present selected results of their research focused on the management of organizational learning in schools. They emphasisis the role of school psychologists in processes of organizational learning in schools.
