Abstract
Autodiagnostika a autoregulace je zařazena mezi základní dovednosti učitelů.Má-li být autoregulace úspěšná, musí vycházet z autokognice pozitivních i negativních vlastností učitele (subjektu potenciálního i reálného) a z něho vyplývajícího úsilí o adekvátní autoregulaci.Autor uvádí osvědčené psychologické diagnostické metody používané pro autodiagnostiku budoucích učitelů a popisuje čtyři etapy autoregulace.
Abstract (in English)
Self-diagnosis and self- regulation belong to basic skills that every tacher should possess. If self-regulation is to be succesful, if must be based on self-cognition of positive and negative qualities of the teacher (potential and real) and subsequent effort put into appropriate self regulation. The author presents effective psychological diagnostic methods suitable for self- diagnosis of future teachers and four stages on self-regulation.
