The paper illustrates the possibilities of Zulliger’s table test application in a specific situation - in the case study, characteristics from social, cognitive and also performance area for both successful and unsuccessful consultants were identified by this test. It was confirmed that Zulliger’s table test may be applied in the area of human resources management as a tool with high incremental validity.
