Abstract
The simultaneous DP-LIBS and Laser-Ablation ICP-OES setup was designed by utilizing a modified commercially available laser ablation system UP-266 Macro (New Wave). Specially designed ablation chamber was developed to allow combination LIBS, DP-LIBS and LA-ICP-OES technique. In preliminary results washout efficiency of new ablation chamber was verified. Basic signal comparison of DP-LIBS and double pulse LA-ICP-OES were studied on the urinary stone cross-section. Results demonstrate high sensitivity for both methods and high spatial resolution.

Simultánní systém DP-LIBS a Laserové ablace ve spojení s ICP-OES spektrometrií byl navržen s využitím modifikovaného komerčního systému UP-266 Macro (New Wave). Speciálně vyvinutá ablační komora byla konstruována pro možnost kombinace technik LIBS, DP-LIBS a LA-ICP-OES spektrometrie. V předběžných experimentech byla ověřena vysoká efektivita průplachu komory. Základní porovnání signálů DP-LIBS a LA-ICP-OES technik bylo provedeno na řezu močového kamene. Výsledky ukazují vysokou citlivost obou metod a vysoké prostorové rozlišení.
