Cílem kapitoly je pomocí příkladu profesora Karla Engliše a pomocí analýzy vývoje kapitálového trhu, platebního styku a platebních systémů v ČR a v Evropě uvést některé styčné body z minulosti, v nichž může dnešní teorie i praxe finančního práva nalézt inspiraci. Autor vedle analytického přístupu provádí též komparaci minulosti se současností a syntézou dochází k nutnosti zohlednit minulé chyby do podoby finančněprávní regulace.
In English
The aim of this chapter is to outline various connection points between history and present mainly by the example of professor Karel Engliš, by the analysis of the capital market and payment systems evolution. In these points, the inspiration may be found for both theory and practice of financial law. The author uses analytical method, the comparison of past and present and by the synthesis he has come to the conclusion that the inclusion of past mistakes into the form of financial law regulation is required.
