Do podstawowych ludzkich praw naleža wedlug Karty Podstawowych praw i Wolnošči m.in. prawo do šrodowiska oraz prawodo zdrowia. Oba te interesy publiczne nie maja jednak w warunkach Republiki Czeskiej zbiežnie nastawionej platformy prawnej z punktu widzenia ich wymagalnošci. To sie przejawia zwiaszcza w procese oceny oddzialywania na šrodowisko (Environmental Impact Assessment).

The basic constitutionally guaranteed rights are according to the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms a right to a healthy environment and the right to health. Both of these public interests are covered in the proces of Environmental Impact Assessment. However they dont achieve same platform regarding their enforcement.
