Do podstawowych ludzkich praw naleža wedlug Karty Podstawowych praw i Wolnošči m.in. prawo do šrodowiska oraz prawodo zdrowia. Oba te interesy publiczne nie maja jednak w warunkach Republiki Czeskiej zbiežnie nastawionej platformy prawnej z punktu widzenia ich wymagalnošci. To sie przejawia zwiaszcza w procese oceny oddzialywania na šrodowisko (Environmental Impact Assessment).

The basic constitutionally guaranteed rights are according to the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms a right to a healthy environment and the right to health. Both of these public interests are covered in the proces of Environmental Impact Assessment. However they dont achieve same platform regarding their enforcement. Constitutionally guaranteed rights, the right to a healthy environment, the right to health, law enforement, the proces of Enviromental Impact Assessment The basic constitutionally guaranteed rights are according to the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms a right to a healthy environment and the right to health.
